How Next Nurse Up LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who we are
Next Nurse Up LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us"). We provide NCLEX preparation education through our website (nextnurseup.learnworlds.com), community, live sessions, and coaching. Contact: nextnurseup@iwillpassmyboards.com.
2. What we collect
Account and purchase info: name, email address, and records of what you bought. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Learning data: quiz and practice-test scores, progress through the course, and questions you submit to our AI coach.
Session recordings: live group sessions and tutoring may be recorded for quality and training, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Joining a recorded session means you consent.
Communications: emails, texts, and DMs you send us.
3. How we use it
To deliver what you bought: course access, scores, coaching, community, and live sessions.
To personalize teaching: your scores help us see where you need support.
To send you service emails and, if you opted in, marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to texts.
To protect the business: fraud prevention, chargeback evidence, and enforcing our Terms.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only what they need to do their job: LearnWorlds (course hosting and checkout), Skool (community), payment processors, Calendly (bookings), Zoom (live sessions), Google (file storage and forms), and our AI coaching platform. Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Testimonials
We only share your review or results publicly with your permission, and we attribute by initials unless you approve otherwise.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and tax records.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing nextnurseup@iwillpassmyboards.com. We will honor the request unless we must keep specific records by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your course access.
7. Security, children, and changes
We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security, and we limit who can access student records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our services are for adults 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we update this policy, the new version will be posted with a new effective date.
