Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to every purchase from Next Nurse Up LLC: test banks, study guides, the NCLEX RESET program, the Skool membership, tutoring, group sessions, and any other product or service. Updated July 10, 2026.

THE SHORT VERSION: when you buy from Next Nurse Up, you get digital access to the product you purchased. All sales are final. The only refund is a verified duplicate charge. Memberships bill monthly and you can cancel anytime. The materials are ours; do not share them. Be respectful. By purchasing or accessing anything from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Basics

"Company," "we," or "our" means Next Nurse Up LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. "You" means the customer. "Content" means all materials included in any product or service you purchase.

Purchasing or accessing any Next Nurse Up product forms a binding agreement that includes these Terms. You confirm you are 18 or older and buying for your own personal use only.

Everything we sell is an educational service, not medical, nursing, or legal advice. We are not affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or any Board of Nursing. Passing the NCLEX is not guaranteed.

2. What You're Buying

Each product lists its own price, access length, and details on its sales page at the time of purchase. Those product details are part of these Terms for that purchase. Some products are downloadable and yours to keep; others are licensed access for a set time and cannot be downloaded or taken with you. The product page tells you which.

3. Subscriptions and Memberships

Some products, including the Next Nurse Up community membership on Skool, are recurring monthly subscriptions. For all subscriptions:

  • Your subscription bills automatically each month until you cancel.

  • You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. There are no partial or prorated refunds.

  • Monthly content (such as practice question sets) refreshes on our schedule and may change from month to month.

  • If your membership is included at no charge as part of another product (for example, the community membership included with an active RESET enrollment), that included access ends when the underlying product access ends. You may continue afterward as a paying member.

  • We may adjust subscription pricing prospectively with notice; changes never apply retroactively to time you already paid for.

4. No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are digital and delivered immediately, so they cannot be returned and are not refundable.

The only exception: a verified duplicate charge caused by a processing error.

Not refundable: dissatisfaction, not finishing, personal circumstances, or not passing your exam.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS: dispute a legitimate charge and your access ends immediately and permanently. Your login and delivery records go to the payment processor, and the amount plus fees will be pursued through collections or legal action.

5. Copyright. Do Not Share.

All Content is the copyrighted property of Next Nurse Up LLC. Sharing it is illegal. Do not share your login, copy, screenshot, record, post, upload to AI tools, or build competing materials from it.

ENFORCEMENT: violations end your access immediately, without refund. The Company will pursue civil legal action, including damages and attorneys' fees.

6. Conduct

If your product includes any group, community, or live session, treat others with respect. Disrespectful or foul language will get you removed, without refund. We may record sessions for quality and training; taking part means you consent.

7. The Legal Stuff

Liability is capped at what you paid in the 12 months before a claim; no indirect or consequential damages. You indemnify the Company for claims arising from your breach, misuse, or any chargeback you initiate. Pennsylvania law governs; any legal action must be brought in the courts of Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Terms may be updated; the version in effect at your purchase governs. These Terms are the entire agreement; if one part is unenforceable, the rest stands.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: your purchase is your agreement. By buying or accessing any Next Nurse Up product, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
